Ms. Carper was very precise, detailed with our wills, medical directives, and powers of attorney. She even, though not solicited, offered some advice on or estate planning which was very insightful and welcomed. Her assistant Ms. Morgan was there through the whole process. Her guidance was invaluable, helpful, and made all the paperwork comprehensible. All in all, I would recommend Ms. Carper, her team, her law firm for any legal representation.

We used Mrs. Carper for a step-parent adoption. Because we were in the military and living on base in Quantico, we had to file our case in Prince William County which is outside of her normal jurisdiction. We ended up moving out of state during the process and she continued to handle everything for us at distance without requiring us to uproot our lives from across the country to make it to court or appointments. Thanks again!
