We used Mrs. Carper for a step-parent adoption. Because we were in the military and living on base in Quantico, we had to file our case in Prince William County which is outside of her normal jurisdiction. We ended up moving out of state during the process and she continued to handle everything for us at distance without requiring us to uproot our lives from across the country to make it to court or appointments. Thanks again!

Ms. Carper was an excellent attorney who defended me in my divorce case for almost five years, thanks to my ex dragging his feet. She worked hard in and out of court on my case and always kept me in the loop of what was going on. Great work!

She's the best lawyer out here. She helped keep my mom from going to jail for a year. Thank you so much!
