Ms. Carper is a tremendous resource for anyone in need of a trial lawyer in support of a divorce or custody case. Her advice, expertise and experience were clear from the first moment and still prevalent after my case was resolved. When I returned from Afghanistan, Mrs. Carper didn’t hesitate with accepting my custody case, and she explained to me what she could do to help me and she delivered.
